Shipping

Typical shipping is thru UPS Ground.  Overseas shipping is either with DHL air or other carrier but special packaging may be required. 

Shipping of these large items is not simple.  Typical shipping is thru UPS ground and we have had too many units damaged in transit despite continually increasing protective packaging. In addition, the insurance offered by the carriers is a joke.  They don't pay out and then they cancel the right to insure.  So part of the shipping cost of an item is self insurance which increases the shipping cost to our customers.  

Attention Canadian customers.... If the item is damaged in transit, UPS will not reimburse for duty paid on a damaged product.  If possible, it is best to arrange receipt in the US and import it after inspection.
